I've heard people complain about how hard it is to gain weight ,i thought it might be a little bit of work. It was hardly any work at all. LOSING weight is like 10x harder.

For the record I think eating is a chore too.. mostly the cooking/cleaning aspects. I hate being in the zone getting work done and then having to stop because I'm getting hunger pains or something. stupid bodily upkeep.

I think it depends on how much of "starving" is exaggeration. If you're significantly overweight, it's not a bad thing to be hungry for awhile. If you're hungry constantly, then that's a problem, yeah, because nobody can just stay hungry. That works for campaigns and class reunions, but not long-term.

A little hunger probably means you're on the right track. A lot means you're not eating bad stuff, but you're not replacing it with good stuff.

A good way to loose weight is low impact low stress cardio. A shirt jog and walking work. You do not have to run 3-4 miles for to reach the fat burn cardio level. Walking a bunch helps and a short slow mile will do wonders.

Just do mild exercise (it can even be part of your daily life, doesn't have to be a complete workout session or whatever) and get the proper varied nutrition. That's the best way to go.

I think it depends on how much of "starving" is exaggeration. If you're significantly overweight, it's not a bad thing to be hungry for awhile. If you're hungry constantly, then that's a problem, yeah, because nobody can just stay hungry. That works for campaigns and class reunions, but not long-term.

A little hunger probably means you're on the right track. A lot means you're not eating bad stuff, but you're not replacing it with good stuff.

I think this is partly due to when it was released (the rise of the cd and cassette cassette single) and that the discs themselves are used to create. 10 or 15 years ago you might've had a better chance of finding some cheaply.

I swapped the few rap/hip hop records I had with a friend who was just getting into it. He had a metal collection and we just swapped over. :D I think the only rap LP I have is Ice-T's The Iceberg/Freedom of Speech... Just Watch What You Say! which is a great album. Possibly my favourite of his.

Just submitted my final coursework of the term!

Had a Christmas meal yesterday that also served as a celebration for one of my housemates birthday, we all chipped in for foods and that and cooked a proper dinner.
