I just don't know how to rate it. Its tough. I feel like I had such high hopes for it that it was too high to reach. I liked it though.

Temple of Doom is the second one, yes. It's also my favorite of the trilogy (Kingdom of the Crystal Skull doesn't count. Don't even bother with it).

When's the last time you watched it? For me it had been years and I remembered an entertaining movie, but it was actually embarrassing to watch. The lead actress was beyond abysmal, the story was completely incoherent and there were several scenes that must've been intended to be comic relief but they were just embarrassingly cringeworthy. The mine cart scene is a lot of fun, but it hardly makes up for the rest of that atrocity. I stand by my statement, sorry!

Is the remake the one with Donald Sutherland? I watched the original and the remake on the same night about a year ago, so they kind of blended together in my mind, but I remember that I liked the version with him better than the other version.

I think I figured it out. I found some notes I wrote from when I watched the movies, and apparently I watched the 1978 version and the 2007 version in the same night. That's probably why I preferred the 1978 version. I'll have to go back and watch the original version again. I don't know how long it's been since I've seen it, but it's been a long time.

I did too. I like when things from different eras are put together for effect. I had problems with the movie but the music wasn't one of them. In fact, it was probably the best thing about the movie.

I love Moulin Rouge. The way the music was worked into that movie was fantastic.

The only race I've ever done was Bay to Breakers, which hardly counts as any sort of athletic event. It's just a parade of freaks.

Though apparently organizers and the police cracked down on a lot of the things that usually go on. Which basically means they took all the fun out of it.

My pumpkin cookies went over well today. I had a Halloween party for my students and their dogs. My dogs are horrible taste testers because Bunny loves everything and Gidget is super finicky so neither one is a great gauge to measure by. Plus they eat pumpkin all the time and are used to the taste. Some dogs never eat it, so I wasn't sure they would like them, but they got gobbled.

I was proud of my students this year. It's a "Trick or Treat" party so there is a trick contest every year. Some of the people taught their dogs some really creative and advanced tricks. I was impressed.

My dogs are becoming loyal or getting old, because when they get outside the front they will stay nearby, instead of running around too far.

Well I know she itches her ears a lot. Everytime we take her they don't say much about it though. We are going to a different vet the next time for her checkup.
