Btw, here's a horror joke I wrote some time ago if anyone's interested:
For a few years, Ted suspected there was a monster living under his bed. One night, he decided to test if it was real once and for all. Before going to bed, he took a chicken leg from his freezer and began tying a string around it. His plan was to toss the chicken leg under his bed, wait a minute, and pull the chicken leg back out. If the chicken leg would come out intact, it would mean there wasn't a monster under his bed, but if the chicken leg would emerge eaten, it would mean there was a monster under his bed.
After Ted finished tying the string around the chicken leg, he tossed it under his bed while clenching the other end of the string in his fist. As the seconds ticked by, Ted couldn't hear any noises coming from under his bed. After the minute ended, Ted slowly pulled the chicken leg back out and saw it was fully intact. Before he could breathe a sigh of relief though, a note was pushed out from under his bed which read "I'm actually a vegetarian".
It's cute.

I usually enjoy them. They tend to be predictable with a happy ending, but that is part of the charm. Some of them are pretty entertaining and fun.

Georgeous, disorienting, intriguing, god it's gotta be his best that I've heard so far. I could be wrong, but I doubt the second half's gonna eff things up. Now when I was little, we would travel to a small town in Missouri for Christmas to spend with my paternal grandparents and aunts and uncles. My grandparents had 12 children. Imagine the feast we would have. My dad was #9 out of those 12.
I have cousins old enough to be my parents and their children were my age. I rarely see any of them anymore.
My parents separated about 18 yrs ago and my dad passed about 2 yrs later from lung cancer.

This is what I'm looking for: a consistent and diversified take on a genre or common genre combination with an outsider genre bringing a unique theme while the album maintains a perfect flow. In this case, the common combo is ambient and prog electronic, and the outsider influence is Australian indigenous music. Kick-ASS. 90 minutes of going back to the haunting and wacky world of Australian mythology that we here in pop culture America know so little of beyond those few who've checked out The Last Wave and / or Kulipari.
