You are Hannibal Lecter, a highly sophisticated individual with first class taste and the will power to get whatever you want. You are hungry for life and thirsty for power, as you travel the globe seeking out your next victims. Your greatest indulgence comes in the form of cannibalism. You fall in love with people, allowing them to consume you... until you consume them. Although you are a savage criminal, you are a sensitive soul who appreciates beauty and you would share your knowledge in order to help others seek justice.

Yeahhh, my favourite villain!!! :D

He found a picture. Big whoop. I invent my own humor. Honeykid uses funny pictures he finds like sex toys. They're wheelchairs for his disabled sense of humor. And you've never liked me, anyways.

Anyway, I'm not arguing with the rest. I like the part about being a sick and twisted masochist with a soft and gentle soul. :D

A masochist? Jigsaw's not a masochist (and neither are you). He's a sadist. Masochists are the ones who enjoy receiving pain. Sadists are the ones who enjoy giving pain.

You are the one and only Charles Manson, the notorious serial killing cult leader of the Helter Skelter apocalypse. Your intoxicating aura draws people to you, and you hypnotize them with your charm and divine-like presence. You are a master teacher and orator and you inspire others to join in your cause. I knew that but somehow my brain wasn't functioning this morning and it didn't register. Yeah, I'm a sadist, not a masochist. But I copied and pasted that result so whoever wrote that quiz screwed up.

Just watched the first 2 hours of Shoah on BBC Iplayer, man that film is emotionally draining :( . I think i'll watch the rest of part 1 tomorrow then Part 2 within the next week or so since it's still up for another 17 days. It's quite a difficult watch but it's no doubt piqued my interest, i especially like how Lannzman hasn't used depressing music (or any really), and hasn't bombarded us with pictures from the camps. It just seems alot more effective this way.

Would a lot of people even go to visit Charles Manson's corpse in a glass coffin? I'm sure there would be people, but definitely not crowds.

If I was Charles Manson, though, I don't think I'd be against the idea. Of course there's the whole believing you're immortal thing. But still, I don't know if I'd call off the wedding over that. I think I'd like the idea that someone wanted to turn my corpse into an exhibit. I'd let someone do it to me. So what if they got money? I wouldn't need the money -- I'd be dead! Let 'em have the money. I'd be a shrine. People would be coming to see me. Sounds better than being buried or cremated. I'm not sure how long I'd stay preserved. They'd have to put a sheet over me if I started to get very decayed and disgusting. I'd have to be a rip-off corpse exhibit -- it's me, but you can't see me because I'm all covered up.

Sexy Celebrity
02-10-15, 08:42 PM
They could see my bones, though. If I'm just a skeleton, they could see that. Skeletons look like skeletons. But if I've got flesh on me and it's all gross and melting and moldy, tearing apart and all that -- that's gonna require a sheet. As long as I've got skin, you can't view my dead body unless there are incredibly gifted makeup artists touching me up every day.

Swan
02-10-15, 08:44 PM
Sexy will need to be pampered DAILY or else!

Sexy Celebrity
02-10-15, 08:46 PM
But you know what? They wouldn't pamper me. You know why? Because that would cost money. And I know my Satanic Boyfriend would not spend any of the exhibit money to make my corpse look good.

So now I think I can understand why Manson called off this wedding -- she probably didn't want to cover the expenses to keep his corpse looking fresh and presentable.

Swan

Sexy Celebrity
02-10-15, 08:49 PM
No, he didn't like the idea of someone having control and power over him. She would have had control over him in death. Manson has to always be the one in control. It's why he has to believe he's immortal -- because even Death cannot control him and conquer him and own him. He didn't want anyone owning him / possessing him / having power over him. He must be in control.

Well I don't know how horrible the Japanese dub is, but the voices in the English dub are horribly grating and the characters are incredibly idiotic. So even just putting it on in the background would be a painful experience, if slightly less torturous than actually giving it your full attention.

Awww shucks you're making me feel all warm and fuzzy inside.

Lets just say I'm dipping my toes in the water.

Still have a lot going on with the emigrating thing. We made it to Canada back in October and my worthless dvd's (all seventeen boxes including twelve blu rays!) arrived last month. Currently staying with friends and living amongst our unpacked shipping in their basement. Looking for an apartment at the moment along with working on the comic thing. Still doing re-writes and ironing out the visual style. It ain't easy working with someone else who has a slightly different vision, and I'm not fond of compromise.

Hey it's Used Future. Some of the best Movie Tab posts are from this man. Hope all is well

Phil is the best thing about Modern Family imo, i'd put Manny second personally since alot of the good storylines revolve around him and he is the only bearable Child in the show to me. Still Gloria would be next and Manny would be alot different if his Mum was portrayed by someone else.

Try to reason with them in a calm way. It's much more effective and sets a better example.

Of course I tried what you just said. But that kid wouldn't stop and kept on going worse so yeah my emotions surpassed logical thinking, and that's why I regret it.

You may get away with it then.

Still, it's much better to stay positive and constructive towards children. It's the only way you'll win their respect and positive attention and it's also proven to be better for their own mental health.

You don't want to be the guy that gets frustrated because of a 12 year old and who loses himself emotionally. You want to be the wise man that stands above the children, someone they look up to but still feel comfortable with. Always try to be the most thoughtful, rational and emotionally balanced person in the room.

12 year olds don't deserve slaps. They deserve proper guidance. ;)

According to my list when I posted it for the nineties countdown, I didn't have Silence of the Lambs on my list.

I didn't have it, either. I think I know why -- it's one of those movies I knew would make the list no matter what, so I didn't bother with it.

My '90s list:

1. Pump Up The Volume (#147)
2. Scream 2 (#154)
3. Kindergarten Cop (#159)
4. Flatliners (#157)
5. Basic Instinct (#182)
6. The Adventures of Priscilla, Queen of the Desert (#148)
7. Mrs. Doubtfire (#171)
8. The Doom Generation (#224)
9. Serial Mom (#187)
10. Party Girl (#245)
11. Chasing Amy (#115)

15. Forrest Gump (#17)
16. Fight Club (#3)
17. American Beauty (#24)
18. Jackie Brown (#44)
19. Titanic (#164)
20. Good Will Hunting (#27)
21. Contact (#183)
22. Awakenings (#369)

17. The Quick and the Dead??? I've never heard anybody admit to liking that one...

Except me! That's one fine, fun, enjoyable film. It needs more love. Great choice.:)
