Most people do them as countdowns, so you start with #100 or #50 or whatever and work your way down to #1.

That is totally up to you. For me it helped to write out why I loved certain movies and after that it got the order ironed out a lot. Flickchart helps out too. You just have to manually add movies to your list though.

Yeah I basically spent a few days just writing down movies I loved as they occurred to me. Then started to purge and order from there. It never feels perfect I don't think. There are some goid sites for making lists where you can click and drag. That helps with ordering them, makes it more visual.

I put together a loose list of several hundred and then went through and deleted the movie I felt least deserved to be on the list until I had it whittled down to 100. After that I moved each movie up or down by asking myself a series of questions:

1. Does it have any nostalgic value?
2. When did I last watch it?
3. How much desire do I have to watch it again?

Then made some minor adjustments and called it good.

I find that the longer the list is, the easier it is to do because you're not having to cut out as many movies you love.

I personally stick to 50. It started as a 25, but I was able to build on that to get a 50. Start small, work your way up until you think you have a good list.

Just found out earlier on that there have been a spate of dog poisonings and attempted poisonings in parks throughout Glasgow, particularly in my area. There have been numerous examples of meat being left lying around that's got rat poison pellets in them, or water (either in puddles or left lying in dog bowls) that has been poisoned. This follows on from a few months ago when some tennis balls where found in a park filled with poison. Apparently there have been many poisonings in the last year or so throughout Glasgow and Scotland at large. Seems there may be some twisted person or group on a mission.

Found out that a dog Jock and I have met numerous times while out walking died as a result. F*cking scum!!! :mad:

I was reading an article yesterday about a woman who dropped her two year old dog off at Petco to get groomed... and his groomer left Petco to go do something else, totally leaving the dog in some kind of dryer, where it stayed too long and died. Owner became worried an hour after she was supposed to pick her dog up, 'cause she didn't get a call. Finally, she got a call telling her to go to an animal clinic (without any information about what happened). When she got there, she found her dog, dead. She said she had recently become a widow and her dog was her whole world.

And googling around and found a story about two dogs in Galashiels dying from eating poisoned meat that was posted through the letterbox of their home. What the hell is wrong with people?

My doggie's dad died from eating something in the street.. messed up his intestines and they removed many feet but he recovered then got sick again and passed.

My dog is diabetic with severe food allergies so he is constantly supervised and i don't let him eat stuff off the ground. But sometimes he still tries and gets yelled at. I guess I needed to focus more on that in his training but he was a young healthy pup when we went through all of that.

Example: The recent MERS breakout has effected a lot of countries, including mine. So the ministry of health sent out a warning to schools everywhere. This is what was on it, summarized:

- Don't touch camels
- Don't drink camel milk
- Don't eat under-cooked camel meat

Yep, that's basically it. No realistic information on how to defend yourself against MERS. Instead we get complete bullsh*t like that. When the f*ck did Korea start to have camel eating citizenry?

Oh wow I should be so thankful, because I was planning to eat that leftover camel sirloin tonight. Might have got myself killed!

I have to watch my dog like a hawk as well. He's got a pancreatic condition which means his pancreas doesn't extract all the nutrients from his food. Can be very serious without treatment. So with every meal he has to take medication to help him digest his food properly. If he eats too much outwith the window where the medication is effective it will upset his stomach. And the sneaky wee bugger is always looking to snaffle stuff he finds on the streets. :D

Not sure if I'm allowed to post here but in some places in the Middle East drinking camel milk is very common and being able to cook camel meat is a sign of high status and mostly very wealthy sheiks or bedouins eat it because it means you are rich because in places like Saudi or the UAE good camels can be very expensive!!! Anyway, I've never had camel meat or milk. :cool:

I like men like Mads, Liam Neeson, Ralph Fiennes, Timothy Olympant...

They are two different completely looking set of men.. her's are more feminine in the looks .. mine are more masculine...
