About The Ladies Man I might agree, I usually can't stand his emoting and sentimentality, but I think The Bellboy is a great film in that it minimizes this and gives us Lewis' pure creative side. The Bellboy is like an American version of Playtime

(Mini-review: inspiring story & a solid movie if you like war movies, survival movies or POW stories as it has a bit of each in it. And even sports movies as it has a bit of that as well. My only real criticism - and I seem to have this criticism for a lot of movies these days - it's just a tad too long. Editing it down to a comfortable two hours would have only helped in my opinion.) If it was a comic book I'd rate it as F/VF. :)

I would have picked a real poster of it, but non of them really captures that magical and almost surreal kind of atmospheric art this movie has to offer. It's dark but at the same time so moving and sweet... It was a childhood favorite, but my last revisit showed that it still holds up. I'm sure I'll enjoy yet another journey with Bernard and Bianca!

It was a while since I'd last seen Pineapple Express, but Heard looked almost unrecognisable compared to how she looked in The Rum Diary or The Ward.

Anyway, as for what I'm watching tonight...it might be Black Mass. I didn't get to see it the other night due to the fact that it was dark, rainy, and that I was running late. We'll see if tonight is different.
