Yeah... to be honest the reason I haven't watched it yet is because I'm not entirely sold on it. I mean I put it on my to-watch list because he recommended it, but who knows if I'll even ever get around to it. The competition on my to-watch list keeps getting steeper with all the Godard tier directors I'm discovering lately.

My first time seeing the amazing Maggie Cheung acting in English. It's interesting that, as famous as she is as a Hong Kong actress, she actually has an English accent due to spending much of her childhood in Britain - in fact she was only discovered in Hong Kong because she happened to be there on holiday. This also is directed by Assayas whom she married a few years later and stars Jean-Pierre Leaud so it should be great.
