Nearly though Hollywood didnt go for it. Pretty crazy cast with Salvador Dali, Orson Welles and Mick Jagger. The script looked awesome! It was made by the team who later made Alien.

Very informative documentary. Jodorowsky is a very enigmatic person.

Just watched Singin' in the Rain. I've got to say I absolutely loved it. I'm always a sucker for a good movie musical, i.e. Wizard of Oz, Chicago, Moulin rouge, etc. This was one of those movies that just makes you feel good. Gene Kelly is rising up the ranks of my favorite actors.

This is currently my favorite movie of the year. It's both the beat and most quotable of the Three Flavors trilogy, which is really saying something. It's an easy 9.5/10 for me.

Le Mépris might be weird if it's your first Godard, but it's an unforgettable film. It has many different themes and messages within. It has one of my favourite scores of all time, it really is haunting and unforgettable. I love the beginning where we get a tracking shot and then we see the equipment that has just been used to film it.

Cameo suggests a small part, Fritz Lang is one of the best things about that film. Amidst all the trouble, the tense atmosphere, he is the one calm head that acts as a balancing force, he goes about his job and remains calm, balancing out the conflicting forces that take part in the film. One of the final scenes, where he just sits and tries to shoot his film, is great.

It was entertaining, well made and had a few interesting twists. The film also asked some profound questions about "real" life and the different dimensions of existence in an engaging way, which I really appreciated. It's not a groundbreaking film as I've seen stories like this before, but it's a fun watch nonetheless.

I would give it a 3.5(+) rating, which is very solid.

Videodrome. Not quite sure what to expect with this one but it looks pretty interesting. I've seen two Cronenberg films so far. The Fly and A History of Violence. I liked both so I reckon i see more of his filmography.

Yep,it's good,too but for me it's bit too "far away" to keep it in my mind for a long time.It's very well-told and extremely interesting yet Videodrome is creepier because, despite its fantasy stuff,it has more sense of reality.I like that in films. :)) I was very disappointed with a Dangerous Method,though,I felt that it lost Cronenberg charm. :))

I don't care about wrestling at all. I found the movie boring as hell and couldn't bring myself to care about any of the characters. Same goes for the other two Arronofsky films I've seen (Requiem for a Dream and Black Swan). Here's hoping Noah is better.
