She is pretty much out of it still and in a lot pf pain, but gettin a little better everyday. Her recovery is expected to take six weeks.
She got upset at me yesterday because I forgot about lunch, I was trying to catch up on work (I missed 3 days) and got too involved and forgot :( . Oh well I made it up to her and I certainly will not forget again.

I agree and that is why the ones I did take made me blah. I took NyQuil twice and tylenol 3 or 4 times. That is usually my yearly intake.:)

Right now I am very happy and sad at same time. Finally got us a Blu-ray player and just finished watching Vertical Limit....amazing shots and in Blu ray I was just awed. Bad part, the damn thing locked up three times during the movie, new player new disk....sigh.:( :mad: Oh well good with the bad I guess. I hope it is the disk and not the player, least I have warranty, just a hassle though.

Well, I'm going to FLA for my friend's wedding, and she decided to get married in june, then after the wedding, I'm headed to Disney with several friends. All these people are from florida so they're used to the heat, I imagine. lol.

I do that. Pain killers, and such, get me wired. I clean all night long. Caffeine pills knock me out cold, for hours.

My computer got a nasty case of spy-ware. It is easy to get rid of, when it's in your program files, add/remove programs, start menu, desktop, and/or local disk C section, but this went into my Windows folder. Many of them are there, and as I delete, they reappear. So gee golly, I get to reformat. I give! That is why my last clip looked like hell. The Terms of Endearment clip. I'll redo it later. Right now I'm making music CDs, and saving pictures, while I post.

I just rambled all that out real fast. Good luck reading it!

Looking at Mark f's about info (stalker that I am): I see you are in orange county Cali? I lived there back in the day (1992 or so). I worked at South Coast Plaza as a security guard and live in Anaheim and there abouts for a few yars with my fmaily after returning from Desert Storm. Watched a few Lakers games, got mugged, laughed at my brother for going to Walt Disney middle school (or was it elementary?) I loved El Polo Loco, great food, and In and Out burger too. Learned a bit of the Mexican language: "mantequilla, huevos rancheros, etc... (hey I like food):) .

Anyway loved it there but way to much money for me to raise my family, had to come home to Florida.:)

In other news: I've just installed Yellow Dog Linux on my PS3 and am posting on MoFo via a games console. I don't use the PC for much more than surfing the web these days so am thinking seriously about moving it to the spare room and making do with this shiny black box instead.

The downside is that I know bugger all about Linux. It can't be that hard, can it? :D

Yep, Siamese fighting fish. Rumble fish. You don't do that. If you want to see their beautiful colors, you can stick a mirror up for them to see themselves, but rarely do it, as it causes them a lot of stress. They have such amazing colors, when ticked off. hehe

This actually was a Betta fish, as well. It appears to be Ick. I've had tanks from 2-35 gallons. Then came the pond. I can post it tonight. I'm about to head out to my mother's.

She was an old lady, well into her 80s and had been ill for a while. It was a withering day for a funeral though - the wind and rain seeped into your very bones. First I knew of her passing was an old guy ringing the doorbell at near midnight on Sunday having arrived at the wrong house and ready for a wake.

It makes a change from people thinking I'm a Monsignor, I guess, which is a long story for those lucky enough not to have endured me talking about it before - I live at #10 and the local Monsignor is at #10 in a different street adjacent to mine which shares almost the same name. About once a month I get (usually) a little bloke with a battered briefcase, ready to deposit Parish funds with 70 year old Fr Liam only to be met by a 35 year old bloke with a raised eyebrow wearily pointing down the street. :)

One of these days I'm gonna accept the flippin' briefcase...

They say no, it really is not bad, but it is not good either. So I say it is kind of like a C grade on a test, no way they say, it is worse than a C, but it is not bad. So know I am thinking standards have fallen over generations, does this mean one day that a D on a test is cool, cause hey it is not an F after all? Oh well: meh.

I hate funerals and have been to far too many lately (another one on the way I suspect too, my granny's sister was taken into hospital today and isn't expected to do too well). The one consolation is that they've mainly been for people who've lived a full life.
