What kind of car is that? :)

It's a Citroen C4 VTR, and Austruck: it may be small to you but that's medium sized in Europe (and as an ex-Chrysler employee I'd say it's the same size as a Neon or PT Cruiser). Anyway, size ain't important, it's how many speeding tickets you can do with it. :D

It's between that and a VW Golf, which would be nice and sensible. So I don't want one.

http://www.clasificadosonline.com/F/T/Disco_1.jpg

This is what I've got at the moment, which is fine for the business, but I've scaled down the job so much recently I don't really need it to tow trailers. The torque could pull a mountain over but I get beaten at the traffic lights by old ladies in electric wheelchairs...

Of course, when I drive one of the Citroens the old Disco might well be staying in the garage for another year. :)

i don't care if i offend you since you seem to be one of those ignorant people who think everyone with another opinion knows the situation less than they do. plus you don't know my history, do you? i've been struggling for independence in Brittany, Liguria, Savoie, Wales, Cornwall, Catalunia, Latvia (we won!), Slovakia (we won) and Scotland for the past 20 years. i speak or know quite well all these languages, i've been writing articles, manifesting, burning flags and colonialist roadsigns, writing and publishing dictionaries of minority languages, it means taking part in legal and less legal actions against imperialism, so don't come with your i-know-better-than-you, explain your completely subjective (but pretending like always to be objective) pro-british position in taking offense because one considers the pro-british illegal forces terrorists too and if i'm not a specialist of atomic energy, i shut my mouth, i am a specialist of "separatism" (wrong word, since what we want is state frontiers NOT to separate one and the same people), so are you? else, shut yours.
and i don't give a ****** about inflaming any discussion with close-minded people who take offense (oh, my gosh!!!!!!) in any argument, instead of reasoning, arguing, and staying cold-blooded. and being humble enough not to discuss what they know nothing about - living there is damned not enough - (but then again, this is today's democracy where everyone can talk about anything, long live the non-specializing ignorance, and next time i'll write a book about old senegalese poetry, this is democracy after all  ). take the side of the state, imperialistic forces in the whole world, and tell everyone i'm the one that offends people. and of course, the way the Spanish neo-franquists with Aznar behaves against the ETA is completely justified in YOUR mind. don't ask why people recur to violent action then, you're the answer.

Thirdly, I'm offended by the language you use. I couldn't care less if you twist your little knickers into a knot with your indignation.

No worries. Wrong choice of words though - substitute 'Unionist' for 'Loyalist' then you perfectly describe the other terrorists on the island. They're actually causing much more trouble round here than the Republicans right now, but it's all drug related... ;)

Austruck - Paul's doing fine physically but he's in a bit of a slump mentally right now. I think when the doctors told him he'd make a full recovery he assumed that he'd make a ...well.... complete recovery, ie back to his physical condition before the accident. He'll always have a weakness though, and probably a degree of pain. :)

Just got done runnin' like a wild man. I think it's kind of wierd. I can run pretty far, compared to how far I used to run, but when I smoke a cigarette in the morning I can run even farther. I don't know if it's because I'm trying to make up for the cigarette or if it increases my heart rate, but I think it's pretty awesome.

Conclusion: Smoke while running.

Just finished work for the week. I drove past a mate's house on the way home and he's parked a brand new Hummer in the driveway.

I'll take a trip round there in a bit to laugh at it...

Just watching probably the most amazing Test Match I can remember (Headingly '81 is a vague memory). Sorry Nebbs, England won by 2 runs. :(

I spotted my mate Elvis (long story) on TV during the celebrations too...

I am sitting with my laptop, looking out the window when a really cute Wallaby jumped up and started to eat some of my Rabbits food, it is so exciting as they are very shy animals. :D
