It's a flea & tick killer... comes in a little vial to put on their neck. On cats, it normally lasts about 3 months... :)

Ah, I think my mum put something like that on Ringo (the male cat, not the drummer :p ), but I used a spray on George.
They both have flea collars now as well, though (with cute little bells on them!). It's enough to make you go "Awww" whenever you see them :D
