Oh yes, it's a word. It's a way of life for most honest people.
And good on you if you're willing to go that route - it's more work and it's a lot of effort... but it's part of being human and part of being honest.

I've recently learned that my name has been dragged through mud. Someone made an accusation and rather than be confrontational, others believed it, made assumptions based on the lie, and perpetuated it.

Being confrontational isn't always highly regarded by everyone, but I think it's the only way to be fair. Thank you for reminding me of that, Misirlou.

MRE does stand for 'Meal Ready to Eat'... and is military survival food. They come in little air tight/water proof packs and have chemical heaters in them to warm the food... Most of them are actually not too bad... :)
