Ðèstîñy was pumped about her Tennessee Vols last year

God help us. I was pumped about them after our first two games this year, but then it went down the sh!tter. It is just dreadful. We should have won our third game, as well. Our Florida game. Two seperate chances to score a touch down, and the ass kept throwing it. I want Peyton back. He said if they ever offered the job, he'd take it. Offer it, damn it!!!

p.s. Yes, Georgia is doing real good. Is that where you are . . . If I may ask? Also, not that it's a shocker or anything . . . Bama ****ing rules.

I think the difference is that lasagna is not that hard to make at home. Even my vegetarian lasagna is really good. But to make a pizza at home from scratch is hard IMO.

I did this yesterday but the bass was ****e. The drums aren't in yet (just a hand thumped bass trigger drum for now). No click so it'll take a while of fudging tempo changes..mostly noise and verry loooong...

I'm just stumbling across this thread, it's good to put alot of faces to names. Figured I'd post a few. Thanksgiving week last year, me and (my then) girlfriend went to Vegas and had a blast. The first pic below is me at the Mob Museum in front of the original bricks from the St. Valentine's Day Massacre. I ended up proposing to her on the trip (unfortunately not in front of the Wall, which I thought would be the epitome of romanticism, but I decided to go with the cliche' and do it at the top of the replica Eiffel Tower). And the picture below that is us at the Bugsy Siegel memorial at the Flamingo Hotel (where we stayed).

Super envious, all the people that I know that want to play D&D also have absurdly conflicting schedules. We've been trying to get a game together for like a year now and it's weird because we've maintained a state of being really excited about it but still not being able to get a game together. We may have to split up into sub groups.

They also may subconsciously delay the sessions because they know that nearly all of my quest-lines have them running around for hours, inevitably leading to a groan-worthy pun that the whole quest was convoluted toward.

haha, yeah, it can be tricky getting everyone together. especially when it comes to dnd: it's hard to have a session that isn't at least 4 hours long. were you running a campaign you created yourself? 5e?

Luckily I don't suffer from the form of misophonia that focuses on mouth sounds (although that is the most common set of triggers). However, these videos could possibly push me over that edge... I don't mind the whispering, but all the lip smacking, tongue clicking, enhancement of consonants, etc., I am finding a bit overwhelming. (One man's relaxation is another man's Chinese water torture.)

My triggers are more in line with invasion of audio space from outside: basketballs, car bass stereos, motorcycles. On the higher end, I'm hypersensitive to audio slightly beyond the human range (the noise from TV's, monitors, and various electronics, etc.) and I can't be in a room with one of those hyper-sonic mouse repellers - it will repel me as well.

That's funny because when I was in college I found I had a look-a-like: a couple times on campus people came up to me and talked as if they knew me and then they didn't believe me when I said I never met them before and wasn't at such and such a party. Then I saw the guy twice (if it was the same guy)!

One time was at a bar with a mirror behind it - the friend I was with said "I'm lookin' right at you!"
I had no idea what he was talking about. Then he said, "Look, right there in the mirror at the other end, THERE you are. And HERE you are. I'm seeing double!"

Then I saw the guy in one of those large auditorium classes - our reaction was like in The Parent Trap (although we never spoke to each other).

My friend graduated high school in 1984, but he took a few years off after high school, so he was in college, (not grad school), in the early 90s.

I'm "bigger" now too. My top weight has been 240. I can lose about 10 lbs. after walking everyday for 10 months... and then gain it all back in about 10 days!

But in another coincidence, my friend also gained weight after college, and he's constantly dieting to try to keep his weight down. (It goes up and down often, depending on whether or not he's cheating on his diet.)

I learned from the "box" that you never know who's on the same chat board with you. It turned out that someone on that board lived around the corner from me, and had some problems with the same neighbor that I had problems with earlier.

My schedule is all screwed up today because several people in my family, (including me), are all sick at the same time with either a cold or the flu, so we had to go out earlier and help out my in-laws, and we weren't able to do our normal errands. I still don't know where I'll be tomorrow.
