Oppenheimer and Zielona Granica are two obvious examples. Chlopi to an extent, too. Just doesn't look that good from the trailer plus I disliked Loving Vincent.
There are many recent films I can comfortably say I'm just not interested in seeing. A few years ago I'd force myself to watch them just so that I could check them out and present my opinion to others, but these days even my film-watching and opinion-giving became solitary, so I couldn't care less.
The hype Barbie received made me want to hate it even more, but while mediocre, there definitely are worse films. Like Harold & Kumar Go to White Castle - hands down the worst film I've seen in 2024 so far.

For the record, i am skipping Barbie entirely, so will only see 9 of the 10 noms this season...

Well, I spent the past few weeks ignoring newer stuff while I caught up on a bunch of classic and neo-noir that I had missed, so...win!
