I remember discussing the book series with someone here a few months ago. It was an interesting discussion although it didn't sound like the books were too terribly well written. They weren't necessarily bad else flawed. I enjoyed Master & Commander. I just think it was marketed poorly because I recall it not doing well financially. It's a good movie though.

There are 12 nominated films that I haven�t seen yet, but some of them are shorts. I would buy Nickel Boys, I�m Still Here, September 5, Porcelain War or Seed of the Sacred Fig if they were available now.
