Yeah, I'm trying a few things. I'm using an exercise bike to try to get better sleep, too. We'll see how it goes.

You might get too dependent on it, though, so maybe it is indeed better to use a more natural way to fight your tiredness, like sports.
I drink a lot of coffee, costs a fortune in electric.
Basically I'm a chain drinker, one after the other.
I went on tea for a while but noticed I stunk of tea, my armpits were right wiffy, so I went back on coffee.
Haven't ever noticed any effects to health though.

Of course there are some possible negative side effects too, but I'm always positive on this kind of things, certainly if general studies showed that coffee drinkers tend to live longer!
I'm kind of obsessed with the idea of having a long life. I'm afraid of an early death.
It's probably just wishful thinking. We have absolutely no control whatsoever of our own (natural) death, unfortunately.

Findings have also been contradictory as to whether coffee has any specific health benefits, and results are similarly conflicting regarding the potentially harmful effects of coffee consumption. Furthermore, results and generalizations are complicated by differences in age, gender, health status, and serving size." - Wikipedia

I read this a few years ago and since then, I'm drinking at least 1 mug (mostly 2 or 3 mugs) of coffee every day. I know it's no proof, but coffee is certainly not bad (or so it seems) and it keeps me energetical!
