Like I said, it's important to keep perspective.

Eh, it's not the worst thing I've seen people talk positively about on here. Besides, it's still a far better band than BrokeNCYDE.

Stop posting things I agree with, it's ruining our relationship!
I don't think it's particularly weird or niche, though - "generic kids' movie but R-rated" is perfectly geared towards a generation raised on South Park and Family Guy.
It's weird how a movie that try's to be outrageous couldn't stick in my mind for more than an hour. I had forgot I even watched it until it was talked about here.
Honestly, movies like Sausage Party are important simply for what they reveal about the economics of entertainment, where even the weirdest and niche-iest stuff can get made with high production quality. It's crazy.
I watched Sausage Party out of morbid curiosity (and lack of options) one day, assuming it would be mostly bad but maybe have a few really funny parts (there are a lot of movies like that, in my experience). And I seriously couldn't believe what I was watching. I could've believe the movie existed.

It's clever if you have the sensibilities of a 13-year-old boy who just discovered atheism.
