The 1938 version of A Christmas Carol was going to star Lionel Barrymore...That would've been the definitive Scrooge. My favorites are the Patrick Stewart and George C. Scott versions. I'm going to rewatch the musical version I think it has Albert Finney.
Muppets Christmas Carol is fantastic, but the 1951 version is still my favourite.
