It's amazing what a difference a little makeup makes.
I think it was a bit of both. He definitely needs reeling in at times, but the executive meddling on display here felt like overkill in that regard.
Mary Poppins is gonna be great though. I got a childhood itch from "Bedknobs and Broomsticks" that has risen to the surface. That's about as blunt as I can be.
Shane Black's stuff is all over the map with me. Pretty sure he had little say in that movie, seems like a studio job. Smelled like a one for them, one for me deal.
I didn't care for it, not in comparison to the hype it received.
