Plant proteins don't negatively affect cholesterol levels and therefore heart health.

Animals and humans may have teeth for meat, but don't suffer if it is replaced by plant protein.

The amount is another thing. Early humans may not have had meat but once a week, not twice a day.

I grilled all kind of meat last night, but wild vs. farmed animal is not significant for health reasons.
What's generally healthy for an animal, is usually determined by the teeth.
Humans have a range of tooth type, some for grinding up vegetation, others for tearing into meat.
Hence, Omnivores.
Removing meat from the diet of an animal that is designed to eat meat, whatever that animal is, is unhealthy.
You wouldn't feed a cat on nothing but carrots and lettuce, would you?

Cows are herbivores... and a few years ago there was a load of infected and malformed cows shipped to the UK from Europe. Turns out the cows had been fed on ground up sheep that was used to bulk up their feed and it caused abnormalities and diseases in the cows.
Not eating salmon is even healthier.
Granted I agree eating faces isn't healthy.
It is when it comes to salmon. Do the research.

Seriously, don't eat farm raised salmon. It's like eating a person who's a couch potato vs. an Olympic athlete. I can't speak from experience but I imagine the taste is different.
I use CloneZilla, but I tend to think of that as more of a geek tool. I don't even fully understand all its features.
Macrium Reflect is a great freeware disc cloning and backup tool. I've used it for a number of years and it even has a boot disc, should you completely lose your hard drive - Boot the disc then load your backup image to a fresh hard drive. No need to even install Windows.
I might have a look into Norton's backup.
I use Norton anyway.
