the relationship i have with my mom is more on-level, we are basically business associates and friends. I actually considered giving the kitty (it's only halfway to being an adult at this point) to the humane society, but she was just so cute, persistent, annoying, that I just had put up with its stray cat behavior...most egregious was raiding the food from my other outdoor pets.
