You will need to shoot the parasite, but go to your most powerful gun to do it (Shotgun/Rifle). Something with firepower over 5. If you don;t have those, just use what you do have. He will stand back up, and you will need to repeat the process after he stands up, but with no boulder this time. During the fight, have Ashley Follow (she gets killed if you have her wait during this thing), and run past him to the other end of the lane to get distance, then go for some head shots. You may have to run back and forth a bit before he kneels again. when he does, get as much damage as you can ready for the parasite. Once when he kneeled, I ren up next to him and was able to climb up and hack the parasite with the knife, so that may help too, although I tend to just shoot the thing.[/quote]

Also, buy the large or x-lrg case as soon as you can, as the one you start with is WAY too small... If you have upgraded the early guns, you do recoup 50% of the upgrade money, so it isn't all bad.[/quote]
