I have a friend who is a 'lone parent ', she's a divorced mum of 2, totally the opposite of a single mum, anyway my point is that single mums should receive vouchers for food and bills, instead of money, that way they can't buy ciggies and alcohol, plus have tattoos and their nails done, that's what happens here in Liverpool.[/quote]
