Just random. After googling, I found I'm not the first. He claimed it was because my account had been taken over, implying someone guessed my password or something but wouldn't clarify. He said the only way to ID my account was to confirm my payment method then kept asking me for specific credentials that aren't on my payment methods. I felt like he was reading a script and didn't know how to improvise his troubleshooting. In the end, he reset my account which, technically, had already happened which is why I contacted them to begin with.
