I didn't want to capture it because it looked frightened so I ran in the house to get my phone to take a picture of it but by the time I got back it was gone. It wasn't speckled like grown Gilas. And it sure wasn't a baby frog like I've seen more than once come out of the ground after a rain. And according to Google this is too far East for it to be an actual Gila.
