The aids needle thing sounds like the urban legend from the 90's that people were leaving AIDS-Syringes sticking up on seats at the Cinema. Turned out to be a hoax.

I seriously doubt it's actually happening. There'd need to be some organized group effort to do this among people with AIDS for it to be significant and that doesn't actually make sense. That's if it actually happened even once and it doesn't sound like it did.[/quote]
