Debatable, or at the very least there's still a serious drop-off in quality involved. Not even sure what the second-best one would be - I want to say Breakfast Club (which is also the best John Hughes movie by a very long distance).

Its a bunch of forum members having a good time and talking about films that are entertaining and memorable. Most of us were teens during this time and can relate to the characters.
