The Shoutbox
Ugh, god DST sucks. It’s the most useless throwback. Last I checked we stopped torturing girls as witches, too.
I find it funny that we drank some beer while watching Mandy. Then U go check some write ups on thd film and it says "not to drink beer to". Haha.

I still have things sorted I didnt like but I knew U was going to have to rewatch this movie.
My knee jerk reaction to Mandy was OTT. I need more time to digest it. The male ego. I'd l in ke to have a change of heart because Im passionate about the film which is why i trashed it. I also included the burn scene as a selling point without meaning to. I was referring to the writing strengrh of the premise.

My buddy and i both agree our expectations clouded us after a quick text last night.
You want a hot take, hear this - Halloween III is my favourite sequel and, out of all eleven films in the franchise, second-only to the original (which I currently have around
).

Now you're just being silly. You said yourself you gave it a
. But you keep fighting that good fight!
Like The Crow?
For the record: I like Nicholas Cage quite a bit. Moonstruck is one of my all time favorite love stories.

And I didn't pan Mandy. I just thought it was pretty average. And did a relatively poor job of mashing several other flicks together. You think you saw something new. I do not. No biggie. There's plenty of average flicks that go on to have big followings.

Might actually have to listen to the soundtrack now since I don't remember a single song on it.
Yeah. I remember my second year at college was Napster and that liquefied my brain.

Full disclosure, I never listened to the first one. The second one looks like a bunch of bubblegum pop compared to the o.g. .
