I can't walk my dog, he walks me.
Doing a modest amount each day makes a big difference, yeah. For me it's just walking the dog at a moderate pace. Same logic as that "stand up every so often when sitting at a desk" stuff.
All I need is a little cardio. Just a little because it goes a long way for me.
Back in the day I was a master at dressing to downplay my weight. People would always guess I was about 20 lbs. lighter than I was.
I don’t have man boobs. I have real boobs.
Remember to use Lightweight fabrics, keep it simple, don't use big baggy shorts PLEASE, drop the Denim jeans, instead use chinos two or tree colors, more comfortable anyway.
Also, don't buy t-shirt's, stick with shirts, and if you do like t-shirt's, go for nice sport brands (Adidas, Puma, Reebook, New Balance, Under Armour), must be 100% cotton, dark colors and with the brand big logo under the neck line; I know no one want to advertise some brand, but that logo will make possible you wear something your actual size without showing your man boobs.
The first rule of Fat club is: You don't talk about the existence of a fat club. The second rule of Fat club is: Know your size. Don't buy anything over your size to hide something because you will ruin everything else. Baggy stuff makes a fat guy look even fatter. About clothes that fit and are nice: There are plenty brands out there, for all pockets. You have big pockets, go for Polo Ralp Lauren. I buy at C&A, no children's labor, organic cotton, european.
I'm old but nowhere near my 90s yet so I'm still wearing baggy stuff

The 90's taught me to lean towards tighter fitting clothes.

All those 90's pics
And my fat ass will probably get popcorn, too. I’m starting to see why clothes don’t fit.
