The Shoutbox
We were fortunate enough to "camp" next to a group that stayed up all night playing drinking games and setting off a car alarm.

Silly youth.

Overheard a phonecall this morning where mom was checking on the kids.

It has to be magic somehow.

I can't explain why everything isn't damp.
I' m glad you're having a good time dd. Vacation's always a good thing. I' m no fan of high humidity myself, tho I love the green it brings.

That deer fence must be something, @Citizen Rules . We have deer round here and no fence seems to deter them. And now you got slimy slugs ...bleh.

But it will all be worth it when you harvest those delicious fresh vegetables- nothing compares!
Still jealous.
I don't know if this qualifies for humidity.

My sister's windows have been open for the past 3 days.

What Seattle are you in??? I was just outside gardening and it's like overcast 75 degrees and a 1000 % humidity, ugh. Oh and I got bit by a mosquito too.
We got off the ferry and walked up to Capital Hill.

Now, I'm in George Gorge and there is no weather... only wind.

Yeah, big gardens, big work too! I finally got a deer proof fence up, and now slugs are eating are the vegetables and new plant starts, ugh! Time to go and garden for a bit more...

Then you posted about regretting eating a pizza for lunch :
lol CR - well 1000% humidity is relatively low for Seattle so maybe that 's why dd is enjoying the weather
