I really think with all the high-end grocery stores, Chick-fil-a drive thrus, Starbucks...

People are willing to overpay for branding.
Yeah, I know. Cost.

Look at the parking lot at Walmart and tell me how many $70k trucks you see out there.

I look for American stuff in Walmart, but it doesn't exist.

Yes, I know I just bought a chinese made phone...
I may be giving away a billion dollar idea...

Why are there no "Made in the U.S.A." stores? How is that not a thing? As much as people like to pound their chest, doesn't that make sense?
Me too. I like having a phone number that my name doesn't pop up with.

Although at $40, this is the lowest quality phone I've ever seen. 2 foot drop and the corners of the screen crumbled.
Well, I keep my burner around for the times when I wanna slum it.
I'm not flipping the switch until the AT&T service ends, so I don't know yet.

I am looking forward to having a (Bubbles) decent camera again.
I just really miss the Touch ID is all. This Face ID is crap.
Dude, the 2020 SE is probably their best phone ever. For real. I wish I had it and not the 11, but the camera on it has spoiled me.

But like spec wise it was genius to put the same chip as the 11 in it. You should see a good 4-5 years use out of that phone. Unless you’re like me and have butterfingers.

Which model did you get?
The 2020 SE. I can't really justify spending that much for a phone, but I'll use the "security" talking point that everyone regurgitates.

All my family and friends have em, so there's that. I don't use a phone for more than texting, calls and light browsing. It kills me to have to use one for stuff I can do on a laptop.

I just spent 15 minutes trying to fill out an online order form for takeout.
The one time I don't ctrl-A/C that shout...
