Yeah, Dennis Potter was amazing.
Keith Gordon's recent big screen adaptation ofThe Singing Detective (starring Robert Downey Jr.) didn't really work that well. Too bad. But the BBC series is amazing.
On the other hand, Herbert Ross' big screen Pennies from Heaven with Steve Martin is just as good (if not better than) the amazing BBC series starring Bob Hoskins. I just got to see it on the big screen last week. Frippin' beautiful film. Though I don't think the people sitting next to me appreciated me acting out the movie. Very appropriate with this flick though.

Yea, me and my friends were walking around New York when it happen and my friends(Me, 1 Guy, 3 Girls) started freaking out or something. I was cool about it just hoping no body robs me in the dark. One of the girls ass was grabbed. She didnt know who it was.

wow...big blackout from last year....my husband walked across the 59th street bridge then took a bus to get home...didn't get there until 1 in the morning....
Wow that sucks for them, but New Jersey/New York had no power for a few days too. I had to eat most of the food in my house or else it would get spoiled!
