But since the play pre-dates them, it could be Walter Hill saw a production or read it and grooved to it?
Don't know about the play, but the other three are all Walter Hill projects so it may just be one of his pet lines he reuses, like the many Sorkinisms that abound?
Crazy it has already been three years.
So I know for certain March 12th, 2020 was the first day government mandated restrictions started being implemented here in Maryland.
She was literally born into the era of COVID.
My granddaughter was born on March 12, 2020. Here in Maryland we were actually in the hospital waiting for the baby to be born when they changed the hospital restrictions. If my wife had gone into the delivery room an hour later than she did she wouldn't be allowed because they cut down the number of people per room. Because she was already there they let her stay. We beat that first level of COVID restrictions by minutes. When we came back to help them get her to the car to go home two days later on March 14, 2020 we weren't even allowed inside the hospital at all, not even the lobby or to use the public restroom.
Love watching a troll make their mandatory ten posts before they can create a thread. The suspense is killing me! Will it be malware, porn, cutlery?
All Quiet on the Western Front and Triangle of Sadness pulling in some biggies.
Brian Tyree Henry for Causeway is probably the biggest surprise, so far.
That is one for Women Talking (adapted screenplay).
