Good grief, Rodent. What did your doctor say about all this?

It's another 9 days longer now from that picture I posted.
Been on a dating site for a few weeks now.

Also, if I started a thread, it'd be unused for ages as I don't always recall when I black out.

But, it's missing time. I have absolutely no memory of it happening.
It's a totally instant thing.

Poured freshly boiled water in my cup, added the milk, stirred, picked up cup, walked through to living room... and the film was an hour in, and the coffee was cold.
Somewhere in there, I blacked out, but I have no recollection of any jolt in time or movement.
It's like I switch off, and when I switch on again I carry on as if nothing has happened.
I don't know I've blacked out, unless I'm in the middle of something like watching a film.
Only then, I can tell when time has passed.
I drink lots of water.
Milk too.

My diet is pretty healthy.
I think a change is needed, yes.

I've cut the booze out, so maybe the smoking too.
I have noticed I get a minor headache afterwards.

And thinking about it a bit more, I get minor headaches relatively regularly.

When I black out, it's instant.
Like missing time sort of thing.

With the headaches, it makes me think my blackouts are a regular thing and I'm only noticing them every now and then.
No idea. I woke up at about 3am so I decided to stay up, watch a film and have a cuppa.
Put Scream in the player, went through to the kitchen as the kettle had just boiled, when I got back to the lounge the film was an hour in and my coffee was cold.

That's all I know.

I wasn't thinking about stuff tbh. I just seem to have shut down for an hour.

I had a micro blackout the other week while brushing my teeth.
I was brushing away, and next thing I know I was stood there not moving, with my toothbrush in my mouth.
Not alcohol related. Haven't had a drink for over a week.
I've cut my boozing down dramatically after the blackout I had at the start of May.

I'm worried I might blackout with a cigarette in my hand or something, or like just now, with a hot drink, and I burn myself.

What if I blackout while the oven is on?
Sh*t's getting scary tbh.

What if I have an accident or something.
