LOL. I'm reading about BCAA's now, and yeah...zoning out already. I'm never going to get the hang of these...
I bought a tin back when I was training and all it did was make my pee stink, but my nephew used to rep for a protein powder company and he swears by it. I just tell him to eat more steak.
I kind of have to learn about them. I get asked about them constantly and I believe as you do, so I thought it best to ask people who actually use that shit.
