This is false. She asked me for help posting images on several occasions. I helped her out each time but, after the third time being asked the same question, suggested she should save those instructions for the next time. She was inexplicably offended by this suggestion, and more or less stopped requesting help after that. No "pleas" for tech help were ever "ignored."[/quote]
