My mic died on me last month. Had to order another. So it comes in and the finish looked like someone spritzed paint thinner over the outer housing. Sounds great, but looks like crap. Also it smelled of diesel exhaust. Customer service was great though and sent out a replacement ASAP (which I didn't ask for, so cool they're looking out). Now I have the new one, the original has been sent back and now my laptop dies. Troubleshooting that and may be able to fix but GRRR!
