I remember that too. (Maybe we watched it when you were still living at home?) He had a terrific way of making both comedy and magic tricks incredibly disturbing.

And yet, the combination totally worked.

It's all we can do really - hopefully the situation doesn't go off a cliff, pulling more and more countries and people into the conflict.
