Bacon infused turkey burger for dinner. Toaster ovens rule
I add a ton of rice (cheap) with an order of Qdoba to extend the meal.
yeah, that was a first for me. i usually just dump a box of zatarains, 1/3lb of andouille sausage and a can of chicken into a pot and that's that. this time, for the office and my need to cook as I can never justify the process and cleanup for just myself, decided to go all out. i found a recipe online and was pleasantly surprised! i doubled the portions and apparently the required time as well, but it was fun. could have been spicier IMO but really not bad at all.
Not 10 quarts, though...

We make this about every 3 weeks or so... In fact, we are about due...
ha. you're not far off on that.
Should be interesting, watching the new guy be taught how to use a fork
lol.
made it for work folk. hopefully they'll bag the rest of it and take it home. i like cooking. not so much the eating it and storing it.
Good to know you'll be fine for food until at least Thursday!
complete with 2lbs s'rimp, 2lbs andouille sausage, and a chicken.
