I don't see how this thread could possibly be run better. One person announces the movie theme, and it applies for a week. A moderator or somebody then alerts the next person up, and that person chooses a theme. Every once in a while, someone will post a list of which themes have been used, and who is in line to choose the next theme.

If you're not sure what the theme is, scroll through the page for a while. If you can't guess the theme from others' posts, keep scrolling until you get to the post where the theme is announced.

How would you change things if you ran the thread?

I agree with the acronyms things, though. I've been here a decent amount of time and even I still take a while to figure out who someone is referring to.

I don't know who gave you that, but you sort of deserved it, because that post came across as pretty rude. Now if you have an issue with planet news or anyone else giving you negative rep elsewhere on the site, this thread really isn't the place for it. For one thing, it will only make it even harder to find the week's theme and people's contributions if the thread is clogged up with arguments over rep, won't it?

I total the post count thread when needed, keep the who's still in the game thread updated as much as needed, I keep the used theme list updated, and make sure someone's here for their turn. I doubt anyone else on this board would want to do all that *****, and I'm damn sure a 2 year old couldn't keep it in order.
