OK, I made a quickie, but I want to fix it better tonight.
My computer ****ed up this early morning, and I had to add a second Operating System to it, just to save all my files. I haven't had the time to add all my software back yet, so no Animation Shop, or Paint Shop Pro.

I'm sorry I don't have the DVD of that flick Caity or I'd grab you a still that isn't so blurry. I do however, have it on VHS. I'm just not smart enough to figure out how to shove that big ole tape into my computer tower so as to play it on said puter. Nah mean?

I took mine from my DVD by using the screen capture method.
I have Microsoft Windows. When the movie got to the scene I wanted, I pressed the "Print Screen" button, opened MS Paint, selected "Paste" and saved it. Then I brought it up and edited it with my photo program.

I know how. ;) You have to have a Plextor. Unfortunately, that's one of the many VHS I packed away.

Yeah Drew definitely has a naughty side. Tom Green and her got divorced because she was bi or something. LOL! What-in-the-hell she saw in him Ill never know. In comparison Green makes Tom Arnold look like the man among men.
My deepest, most hearfelt appreciation to honeykid for picking this theme. Always did dig Drew, mainly because she looked pretty, but refreshingly "normal" compared to many other actresses.
But yeah, the whole thing probably looks weird and creepy to anyone visiting for the first time. Then again, I figure looking weird and creeping new people out is kind of the whole idea, so rock on.

Of course you do, you silly little man of 6'7". Why wouldn't you? It does go by the post count, though. Looking at the list, you're roughly 8 weeks away. I must warn you, though, that we have had to get on to another member (That is no longer with us!), because she didn't seem to want to join in with everyone else's idea. However, she couldn't wait for her week. Now I ask ya, would you want to join in on someone else's week, if they didn't take the time to join in on your's? ;) Yep . . . sorry . . . but that is one of the very few rules of the game. You must join in with the other themes, or you won't be added to the list. Personally, I consider it a respect thing. It doesn't matter who the member is, or what they choose . . . I'm going to join in. I'm not a Simpsons fan, or a fan of animation. It was pretty easy choosing Lisa Simpson. (Go figure!) It was also pretty easy choosing a Disney Witch. (Go figure, again!)
So, have I talked you into ditching that shark yet? The new theme goes up tomorrow.

1. The list is in order by post count.
2. Join in on the other themes, and be respectful of everyone's choices.
3. You have your Saturday and Sunday to post your theme.
4. Try to keep up with the list, and when your turn is up.
5. Let me know if you want on or off the list.
6. If you're going to be away during your theme, give me a tad bit of warning, and let me know when you'll be back.
7. If you've been banned before, don't sneak back on the board, and ask me to add you to the list.
8. Last, but not least . . . Have fun! :)

You may want to wait for the next theme, since the Drew Barrymore theme is all but finished, but all you do is change your avatar (and your user title and signature, if you wish) to fit the week's theme.
Then post like crazy. Your time to choose your theme of the week is dependent on your post count.

Each new theme starts either Saturday or Sunday, depending on when the person who is up is able to make it in (also depending on when Saturday starts in that person's time zone).

If you are anything like the rest of us, you will check this thread obsessively on Saturday and Sunday looking for the new theme . Usually, the person who is on deck is abducted by aliens or their computer crashes, thus contributing mightily to the suspense. Finally, when you can bear the suspense no longer, the theme is announced and the fun begins. Have fun Pawn!

I've been in it since the beginning. :cool: Man, I wish I had found this community sooner than I did; if I discovered it and joined, say, three years sooner, my movie library (which is bigger than I care to say :D) would likely be considerably different, along with my entire taste and outlook on film as well. Not to say that I have bad taste now, or that my library sucks -- it would all be just different.

If Swan would have shown up this past weekend, it still would have been his go, even though you moved ahead of him in post count. He asked to be bumped a week. All that does is make him come in a week later. It's just that he didn't show up this past weekend, either. I needed to find someone to take his place again. Since you had jumped ahead of him in post count, you were the best option. Anyway, he doesn't seem to be showing up this weekend, either. The theme will now be posted tomorrow around 5:00 p.m. Central Standard Time. Mikeython1's Saturday to Sunday. He'll be on time. Just like you were. ;)
I don't mind the requests for more time, so no worries there. I'm just pointing out what happens when the schedule is altered. If you need more time, simply ask. Just let me know when you're back.

He was suppose to choose one on the 8th, but he asked for a week off, instead. He didn't show up for the one on the 15th, and I'm not even sure he replied to my PM. He can correct me if I am wrong. Now it's the 22nd, and unless he's been here today, he hasn't been around since around the 19th. Hopefully he shows back up. He seems to be a sweet kid. Maybe he's busy with school starting back.

Yeah, I decided to keep it only for the films he's directed, so all the films he produced doesn't count. Yeah, though, Spielberg is pretty much the greatest director out there. I don't like Drew Barrymore either, but I was still able to come up with something that reflects the theme and my own tastes.
Though I must admit I'm kind of glad I missed some of the earlier themes. Would've had a helluva time picking a Star Trek, Bogart, Femme Fatale, or Obscure Cult Movie av that fit the theme and myself.

It has nothing to you with you teasing me, I know that was in good nature. And I was never serious with the Cruise theme, I would've picked the Askewniverse. It was simply when I felt like I wanted a Deadpool character, and put "I'm The Quiz Guy" as my custom user title. Because I'm really into Deadpool right now and, well, I make quizzes.
