Part of it seems to be misleading information in what their "free trial" lets you do. Throw in the pricing plan and how results seem to trickle out in order to extend the membership. Then again, satisfied customers are usually the quietest.

Never used it, so I dunno, but that would be pretty surprising/shocking.

All I know about it is that it's supposed to have a very detailed questionnaire, and that it's supposed to pair people based on long-term compatibility. I think for that reason it's disproportionately favored by religious people, but I dunno if that's what you're thinking of.
Is eHarmony the religious one that rejects you unless you answer the questions a certain way?
