She makes a hell of a plate of carnitas though, I will tell you! I probably eat there too much...if there is such a concept.
It's so good. I'm a vegetarian, but I can eat the black beans, rice, tortillas and avocados. Plus the plate comes with a bunch of tomatillos and onions. Yummy.
If we're looking at the biggest influence America has had on food it's the conglomerate distribution of food. Fast food is American cuisine.
