On the planet Ygam, the Draags, extremely technologically and spiritually advanced blue humanoids, consider the tiny Oms, human beings descendants of Terra's inhabitants, as ignorant animals. Those who live in slavery are treated as simple pets and used to entertain Draag children; those who live hidden in the hostile wilderness of the planet are periodically hunted and ruthlessly slaughtered as if they were vermin.

You might have encountered bits and pieces of this film via pictures of bizarre imagery and surreal objects, but they are structures and shapes that surround a vivid, provocative, and intriguing world, where you can get new clothes by getting eaten by a coconut-shaped creature (don't ask how), and not the base of this film.

My thoughts are somewhat scattered from my viewing of Fantastic Planet, the film starts off suave as hell with the electronic score and the opening film title.
