Rate giant spiders in a movie

Tools

Monster Hunter - ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐some pretty good spider scenes
Eight Legged Freaks -⭐⭐⭐⭐ I liked this movie, kind of a b movie but the spiders were good.
Ice Spiders -⭐⭐ CGI not great
The Mist - ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great movie and great spiders
Lord of the Rings: Return of the King ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ pretty awesome spider

Victim of The Night
Tarantula! - This is kinda my favorite, just a single, 50-foot spider. That's how ya do it.
Earth vs. The Spider (1958) - Another really big, angry spider. Mean. Liked it.
Beast From The Haunted Cave - Yet another very big spider. In a cave. That clearly eats people.

Those are probably my three favorites.

I freaking love spider movies. I wish there were more. Or at least more good ones.*

Infested (Vermines) had some great scenes but I didn’t like it much as a movie. The hallway scene is top tier though. And Sting also had its moments but ultimately wasn’t strong enough.

Arachnophobia is probably still the ultimate king of that subgenre.

Eight Legged Freaks is a trip. Such a fun movie.

The Giant Spider Invasion is flawed as hell, but still fun from a so-bad-it's-good perspective.

I'll throw Gilligan's Island into the mix - goofy ass looking fake spider but that thing scared the almighty crap out of me when I was a little kid.
