Rate giant spiders in a movie
Monster Hunter - ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐some pretty good spider scenes
Eight Legged Freaks -⭐⭐⭐⭐ I liked this movie, kind of a b movie but the spiders were good. Ice Spiders -⭐⭐ CGI not great The Mist - ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great movie and great spiders Lord of the Rings: Return of the King ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ pretty awesome spider |
Tarantula! - This is kinda my favorite, just a single, 50-foot spider. That's how ya do it.
Earth vs. The Spider (1958) - Another really big, angry spider. Mean. Liked it. Beast From The Haunted Cave - Yet another very big spider. In a cave. That clearly eats people. Those are probably my three favorites. |

On the other end of the spectrum, there's The Giant Spider Invasion. I think they put spider legs on a VW Beetle. |
I freaking love spider movies. I wish there were more. Or at least more good ones.*
Infested (Vermines) had some great scenes but I didn’t like it much as a movie. The hallway scene is top tier though. And Sting also had its moments but ultimately wasn’t strong enough. Arachnophobia is probably still the ultimate king of that subgenre. |

Eight Legged Freaks is a trip. Such a fun movie.
The Giant Spider Invasion is flawed as hell, but still fun from a so-bad-it's-good perspective. |

I'll throw Gilligan's Island into the mix - goofy ass looking fake spider but that thing scared the almighty crap out of me when I was a little kid.

The spider web portion of Atari's Krull game was the bane of my tween existence. This pic gives me PTSD.
