Came back from a five day break in Lisbon the other day, where we stayed at a brilliant B&B and got totally wasted at a Fado night in the locals bar with the owner, not getting home till almost the next morning. Wasted a days sightseeing the next day through abject hangovers but the night was one in a million and wouldn't have missed it for anything, the singing ranged from ok to exquisite.

The local liqueur Ginginha is sold from tiny shops with no seats, and you just get a little shot with the cherries in the bottom of the glass. I think our downfall started in the afternoon
