Thanks to an untimely demise via drowning, a young couple end up as poltergeists in their New England farmhouse, where they fail to meet the challenge of scaring away the insufferable new owners, who want to make drastic changes. Betelgeuse apparently lives in the model of the town where the Maitlands live which is in their attic and which is where the Maitlands hide once the new occupants move into the house.

I thought I'd love this as I've liked most all of Tim Burton's films with Ed Wood and Mars Attacks.
