Yeah, I knew Allen would get his and hoped it would work out where most were thrown to Diggs.
The difference comes down to our QB production. Burrow gets at least around 20 points, and it’s closer and gives me a chance.

Something has to be going on with him health wise. He has been horrible.
Also, WTF is going through on with Pollard? Was he hurt? Every RB not naked Pollard is touching the ball suddenly and it’s hurting me.

Could be lingering calf issues he sustained during the preseason.

Wow, ok, so you guys were completely right. I was just dreading that Jets defense.
4-0...I think this is a first for me.

Wylde and I are gonna be first and second in points and be a combined 2-6.
I say this because no one’s team has really displayed any real dominance.

Even though Russell Wilson had an awful year last year, he's the 7th highest ranked QB this one. Anyone needing a good QB I could use a good WR.
You don't need anything, apparently, as you are undefeated in first place.

I faced the monster this week. I had Justin and he has Christian McCaffrey. McCaffrey had one of his best fantasy days ever - which is obviously saying a lot for the most consistently fearsome player of the past few seasons. Four touchdowns, 45.20 points. I am sure an overwhelming majority of teams who played McCaffrey in their lineups this week won, most of then in a walk. Somehow I beat those odds.
Neither one of us had any Lions or Packers so Thursday Night Football didn't affect us, nor did we start any Falcons or Jaguars so the early international game wasn't on our radar either. Once the 1:00 window opened we were on!
The Vikings finally won a game though they didn't look much different than in their losses, and once again Justin Jefferson was Mr. Steady with his first two-TD day but only six catches and 85 yards for a very good but not yet making me a pretty ceiling 23.50 points. He was not my top scorer this week. That went to my burgeoning rookie superstar De'Von Achane who even in the decisive loss in Buffalo was good for over a hundred combined yards and two more TDs (25.50). I reached down a bit to get him on draft day and so far, so wow. Brandon Aiyuk had a darn good game with 148 yards on six catches! Unfortunately for me, McCaffrey was the TD hog. Without a score to go with all those yards Aiyuk had a healthy but unspectacular 17.80.
My Washington Commander Brian Robinson saved his day with a TD in the close loss to Philly. He almost had a second TD but he fumbled it just before the goal line. He ended with 12.10 points. Teammate Terry McLaurin fell on that ball for the score. But I didn't start Terry. No, I used Colt Michael Pittman Jr. instead, as he had been more consistent through the first three. Of course he had his first dud. Only ONE catch plus a 2-point conversion for 4.00 stinkin' points after averaging nearly 14.00 going in. Ugh. I could have really used McLaurin's 18.60 I left on the bench.
Tua Tagovailoa only managed a 15.98 as Buffalo pretty well corralled the deep game and Hunter Henry got me 7.10, which is the high end of what I can expect from my TEs. My Tampa Bay DEF did well (13.00), but Evan McPherson is getting almost no opportunities with the gimpy Joey Burrow out there (3.00).
For the crazy big day McCaffrey had, most everybody else Justin had either just hit their target or underperformed. I had toatled 121.98, my highest score of the year, and come Monday I had an 18.88 point lead and the only player he had left was his QB, Geno Smith, who was projected to hit 19.39 points. His first three weeks were fantasy scores of 11.08, 27.12, and 17.44. So I had a chance.
If you watched MNF you know it was a pretty chippy affair. Smith was even knocked out for a couple series before halftime. He did come back and play, but this night was about the Seattle DEF which nobody started and rumbled to 30.00 fantasy points in the 24-3 stomping of The Giants. Geno finished with only 10.70, giving me an unexpected 8.18 margin of victory.
Suck it, McCaffrey. I am 3-1.
Looks like I'll jump up one spot in the standings to fourth place.

My three wins...

Not so much a trend as a cry for help. An unsustainable model for success.

Need? No. Room for improvement? Yes. If I can trade someone from my bench for a WR that's a sure starter every week, then Im all for it.
Meanwhile…I’m probably going to score over 130 points and still lose. And it isn’t even that close.
1-3 with Tongo next week isn’t exactly a great start to the season. Need Burrow to start turning things around on his end and put some sort of winning streak together

Im very nervous about our matchup. My team hasnt hit the totals you have, and am going to have to lean on Kansas City more than ever (Mahomes, rookie Rice, and Pacheco vs a tough Minny run Defense) since Amari Cooper has a Bye.
A win is needed, as I’d rather avoid 1-4 if I have any hope of making the playoffs.
