Her name is Xun Zhou, and honestly I've never heard of her before either. I just decided to go obscure and cryptic, because I was starting to get annoyed with the string of unidentified/under-identified pics. One of my many shortcomings is that I don't watch enough current TV and new movies to keep up with who everybody is. Maybe it's just me. :sick:

As to the unnamed actresses or women on the web, I agree. I'll see a pic and it'll have no name of the woman, so I'll backwards-right-click with on the pick which takes me to Google. Nine times out of ten, it'll say something really obvious like "Woman" or "Hair" or even "Picture." What? I had no idea, Google! :rolleyes:

Darcey Bussell has done several really good documentaries over the last few years and one of them was about Audrey Hepburn. One thing I remember was that Hepburn had been pretty malnourished as a child but dancing helped to strengthen her physically.

They were odd – actually the Grace Kelly one seemed slightly more convincing but of course only lasted seconds.
It was funny when I found out Guy Henry was playing Tarkin because he's so tall. Then I understood exactly what they were doing and he's certainly a decent facial match for the process.

It's great when you get these early appearances or even cameos.
One of the best – and weirdest – was an early Gary Oldman appearance on TV, in an ordinary, modern-day programme. He walks in to a cafe I think it is and the person seated at the counter says "Who are you then?" "Dracula" he says.

That was a rumour started by n ass hat from 4chan. The showrunner of TBE said that was a blatant lie, and I have it on good authority straight from the set of Hannibal he was private, well mannered, professional and popular. He spent all of his time off set with his rescue dog which he took to canada. Dont believe all the caca circling around, saunch. He didnt return for season 3 because he had something like 5 projects on the go all tied up in contracts and a music gig.

Hmm, I hadn’t actually read anything from Hannibal. Mostly the assumption came from his time in Boardwalk Empire. Rumors persisted that he was “difficult” and that his character was killed off as a way of being rid of him.
That they’ve actually written out characters on that show to make away with difficult actors lended some credibility to the rumor.
But, like I said, I didn’t know about the Hannibal thing. Either way, I like him a lot as an actor. He’s got talent. Like everything Jared Leto’s been made out to be, Pitt has proven of himself.
The director denied it, and the info I got about Hannibal came from an executive producer. Typical toxic 4chan garbage.

Yeah, I was thinking of the complications of it. Its such a small thing so it wouldn’t bother me but, as I said, there’s a better way of getting that point across.

yes, it is their place, it's their right to run it as they wish and it is a good marketing move to get noticed, but, in the end, I agree with Dani, the whole us vs them just needs to stop otherwise we, as a humanity, won't move forward in the meantime.

Yes, there's a discrepancy in pay between male and female employees, and the coffee place would be brilliant to pay their workers equally, regardless of sex.
The rest of it is dead wrong. a) They're penalizing their male customers, the implication being that those individuals are personally responsible for unequal wage policies. But the poor saps who would go to this shop in the first place, and cough up a "voluntary" penance for their complicity in the criminal existence of testicles, are the least likely guys in the country to pay their own employees unfairly. b) Let's be honest here. Their only male customers who aren't complete doormats as described above are in it to impress their dates/girlfriends/wives by cynically playing the "sensitive guy remorseful on behalf of his entire sex" angle. (I know what I'm talking about here -- I do remember the '90s.) I could not agree more, BOP. Penalising coffee drinkers for wage inequality to me is unfair. I dont imagine humans with testicles would go there anyway. I mean who cares about the priority seating (hell, I direct mums and dads with little kids ahead of me in the cashier queue) but this just seems like such a look at me, lets see how divisive we can be thing. Things like swimming complexes having 2 hours of classes a week for men or women I get. This I dont.

Before you said that, I saw a perfume commercial with Natalie the other day (Dior?) and she looked so much like Audrey IMO, it wasn't even funny. I had thought in the past about Natalie doing a bio pic as Audrey if they ever considered one. This commercial just nailed it for me, and your two comments on these beautiful ladies sealed the deal. Oh yeah, I love me some Lily! If you'll recall several pages back I posted several pics of her. She's a darling! Someone (I can't remember who) loved all the pics until they saw one of her with a not-really-obvious nose ring. In fact, I didn't even notice it when I posted the pic. They said they deal was off then. Hey man, it's like my big brother said when I was thinking of dating a girl a long time ago that smoked and that was kind of a deal-breaker with me. He said, "You can always convince her to quit." :) Well, I didn't want to maybe start a relationship like that, so I begged off. But a nose ring, well, as long as bogies don't get hung up on it, I could live with it. :p

Dani, I love Norma Shearer. She didn't consider herself beautiful because people made fun of her, saying she had crossed eyes. I didn't think they were crossed, just close-set and only made her more beautiful. A lot of people were jealous because she was married to Irving Thalberg, head of MGM at the time and they thought she unfairly got lead roles because of him. Who knows? But I'm glad she did get those roles. Love her. Thank for the awesome pic!
